Beyond everything I’ve learned from this experience, I want to extend my deepest thanks to all the team members who trusted me. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be part of this amazing cross-functional team. This was the biggest UX project I’ve worked on, and I can’t put into words how much I appreciate this chance to grow as a designer. I’ve learned so much, and I’m thankful to everyone involved, including the interviewees who took 30 minutes of their time to share their experiences and help us improve the product. A special thank you to the engineers for letting me join their meetings, giving me the chance to understand how the app is built.
